Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. Maintain an organized and clean store environment, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are visually appealing. Educate customers about various tobacco products, accessories, and their proper usage. Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and changes in regulations related to tobacco sales. Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations regarding the sale of tobacco products. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele. Knowledge of tobacco products, including cigars, cigarettes, vaping devices, and accessories (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication skills to effectively convey product information to customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
