We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor who excels in customer service and communication. This role is critical in connecting customers with the service team and ensuring a seamless service experience. Responsibilities Greet customers and gather vehicle service needs Write and manage repair orders Communicate service recommendations and pricing Provide updates and ensure customer satisfaction Upsell maintenance services when appropriate
Requirements:
Previous service advisor or automotive customer service experience required Strong communication and sales skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with dealership systems/CRM preferred
