Full Job Description Job Posting:

We are seeking a full-time front office personell to join our team at an automotive body shop.

Hours:

Monday - Friday from 8AM to 5

PM Job Duties:

Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers, vendors, and insurance companies. Handling payments (cash, cards, checks) Handle scheduling in customers for estimates, drop off, and pick-ups. Taking photos to document damage on vehicles Labeling photos of damages to vehicles from intake and supplements Manage an organized workstation, filing, and other clerical job duties. Have the ability to multitask while being detailed oriented. Creating jobs & uploading photos in estimating program. Talking to customers, vendors, insurance companies, etc. Occasional checking in of parts as they are delivered

Requirements:

At least two years in an office setting High school diploma or GED Punctual Automotive setting experience is considered a plus! CCC One experience is a plus!
