OWNERSHIP
& solving problems!Schedule:
Mon-Fri 8am- 4:30pm with a 30 min lunch
Duties:
- Acct mgmt, maintenance & recordkeeping
- Manage tax exemption status, file tax certs & delivery forms
- Enter orders, manage/escalate concerns
- Interact with customers/sales via email/phone
- Support sales/business development initiatives
- Comm/collect pymt for pre-pays
- Provide order status, tracking, & help expedite deliveries
- Research/document delays/issues
- Communicate delays to customer
- Resolve delivery issues
- Manage customer complaints, replacements, warranties & returns
- Issue credits, send order acknowledgements, compose letters to customers
- Answer phone calls not answered by reception
- Other duties as needed
Required Skills:
- Empathetic listener
- Great communication skills
- Problem solver
Experience:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- 1 yr customer svc exp
- Inside sales or mfg exp a plus
