Job Description
At Harborline Group, we help Chicago communities stay connected through AT&T Fiber's high-performance technology. We're currently hiring an AT&T Sales Enrollment Representative to support the continued expansion of AT&T Fiber services across residential and local business accounts. In this role, you'll work directly with customers to explain AT&T Fiber and wireless solutions, assist with enrollments, and ensure a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Enrollment Representative Assist customers by explaining AT&T Fiber and wireless service options and helping them select solutions that fit their needs Support service enrollments, activations, upgrades, and account changes with accuracy and professionalism Troubleshoot basic service concerns and coordinate next steps to ensure timely resolution Build strong customer relationships by identifying household and small business needs and providing clear, reliable guidance Maintain accurate customer records by documenting interactions and updates in internal systems Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging, service quality, and compliance standards Support outreach and promotional initiatives that help expand service visibility within the local market Minimum Qualifications of the AT&T Sales Enrollment Representative High school diploma or GED required (additional coursework in communications, business, or technology is a plus) Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred, but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and explain services clearly Organized, dependable, and comfortable working toward performance goals Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Basic comfort with digital tools and customer management systems
Pay:
$50,128.75 - $60,370.11 per yearBenefits:
