What This Role Is Like This is an active, hands-on role that helps keep our office organized, prepared, and running smoothly throughout the day. You will help manage sterilization, prepare treatment rooms, restock supplies, and assist the team wherever support is needed. The work is fast-paced and detail-oriented, and every task you complete helps the entire office operate efficiently. What You'll Be Doing Managing the sterilization process for instruments Turning over and preparing treatment rooms Restocking supplies throughout the office Keeping work areas organized and clean Helping the team stay prepared for patients Supporting both the clinical and front office teams as needed Your work allows the rest of the team to stay focused on providing excellent care for our patients.
