Service Advisor - Fields Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Glenview Turn your customer service skills into a lucrative career. Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$60,000 - $70,000 / year (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities Customer Champion:
Greet owners on the drive line, oversee lane flow, and provide concierge-level support in person and over the phone.
Communication Link:
Clearly explain the repair process to vehicle owners and ensure a positive, transparent experience.
Workflow Coordinator:
Manage technician schedules to efficiently distribute work and maximize daily shop capacity.

Background Requirements:
A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
