The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable stay. This role involves managing guest inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs, as well as maintaining a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence. Experience in hotel management and guest relations is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems and respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain accurate records of reservations, billing, and guest preferences using hotel management software Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared and issues are resolved efficiently Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure clear communication with guests at all times Assist with night audit procedures as needed to reconcile accounts and prepare reports Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or hotel management preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Hospitality or resort experience is a plus Professional appearance and demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality services Bi-lingual (Spanish and English)

Pay:
