Company Overview We're a promotional products distributor looking for a creative, customer-focused Marketing & Customer Service Coordinator to help with a variety of day-to-day needs. This hands-on role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping customers, supporting marketing efforts, and finding practical ways to make things work better. We have a startup mentality and foster creativity. You'll be part of a collaborative team where ideas are welcome, priorities can shift, and everyone pitches in to create a great customer experience. Create and publish engaging social media posts that showcase products, customer projects, promotions, and company news. Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing campaigns from idea through execution, including email, social media, and other channels. Create customer-facing presentations and sales decks tailored to customer needs, campaigns, or product opportunities. Develop and organize marketing materials, product content, and promotional assets. Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, and follow-ups to keep campaigns on track. Work with vendors to gather product information, images, samples, pricing, and marketing resources. Bring forward creative ideas to improve how we promote our products and connect with customers. Customer service and coordination Respond to customer questions and help resolve product, order, or service concerns. Communicate with customers throughout the ordering process and coordinate next steps with the team. Work with vendors and internal teammates to gather information, track details, and keep customer projects moving. Maintain organized records and follow up on open requests in a timely manner. Pitch in on other projects as priorities shift. What we're looking for Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content. Creativity and an eye for presentation, detail, and brand consistency. Experience creating social media content and coordinating marketing campaigns. Confidence building customer presentations or sales decks. A friendly, responsive approach to customer service. Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple projects. Comfort working with vendors, customers, and teammates. A proactive, adaptable mindset—you can take an idea and help turn it into action. Experience with promotional products, marketing, or customer service is a plus. Why join us?
