Job Description:

Our client, a prominent family owned manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing and highly respected organization. This is a 5 day in-office opportunity that will require a business professional dress code. Responsibilities Answer inbound phone calls and emails from customers; provide timely, accurate information. Prepare and generate sales quotes; manage quote follow-up and revisions.

Provide front-line customer support:

order status, expediting, rush requests, and issue resolution. Enter, process, and track orders in NetSuite (training provided); ensure data accuracy and timely fulfillment. Collaborate with Manufacturing and Shipping to confirm lead times, confirm orders, and track deliveries. Maintain and update customer records; manage contact details, pricing, and contract terms.

Support basic sales activities:

inquiries, order entry, and post-sale support. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong communication skills (phone etiquette and written communication). Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; comfortable with data entry. Basic experience with NetSuite or another ERP/CRM system; willingness to learn NetSuite (training provided). Not required to have manufacturing experience; candidates from other industries are welcome. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with variable workload.
