location. As a key member of our customer-focused organization, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries in a professional and friendly mannerProcess customer orders accurately and efficiently through phone calls and in-person interactionsPrepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specificationsHandle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with precisionMaintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standardsCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsAssist with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store's cleanliness standardsDemonstrate flexibility in handling multiple tasks and adapting to changing prioritiesLift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs as neededQualificationsStrong customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanorExcellent communication abilities, both verbal and writtenBasic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processingAbility to follow directions and adhere to company policies and proceduresPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbsBasic computer skills for operating order-taking systemsDemonstrated multitasking ability in a fast-paced environmentKeen attention to detail to ensure order accuracyFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as neededTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleaguesHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred (but not required)Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
