Duties Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using CRM software to generate new business opportunities. Engage with leads through warm calling, establishing rapport and understanding their needs. Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring all details are accurately recorded. Utilize negotiation skills to confirm appointment times that align with client availability and sales objectives. Maintain detailed records of interactions within CRM systems like Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and follow-up readiness. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to refine outreach strategies and improve appointment conversion rates. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and ensuring a positive experience for potential clients. Skills Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions. Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales environments. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer interactions. Knowledge of technology or technical sales processes is highly desirable. Demonstrated negotiation abilities to secure appointments and advance sales conversations. Experience with outbound calling campaigns, especially warm calling techniques. Excellent customer service skills coupled with the ability to handle objections confidently. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
