Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a manufacturing organization in Lombard, Illinois on a Contract basis. This role is suited for someone who communicates clearly, stays composed while handling a steady flow of customer interactions, and takes pride in delivering accurate support. The position focuses on assisting callers with program-related questions, processing payment support requests, and documenting each interaction thoroughly.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and courteously while maintaining a detail-oriented and service-focused approach.
• Investigate and resolve questions related to photo enforcement programs by gathering details and providing clear, accurate information.
• Record complete and precise notes from each customer interaction in the appropriate system on a daily basis.
• Elevate complex or sensitive concerns to the Team Lead quickly to support timely resolution.
• Guide customers through credit card payment processes for violation-related transactions and confirm information carefully.
• Review email and company communication channels each day to stay current on updates, procedures, and service expectations.
• Perform additional support tasks as needed to help maintain efficient customer service operations. Requirements
• Prior experience handling inbound calls in a customer service or call center environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with clear grammar, diction, and an effective phone presence.
• Ability to manage customer concerns calmly, research issues, and provide accurate resolutions.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining detailed, organized records during customer interactions.
• Comfort using email, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel in a work setting.
• Ability to support customers with payment-related questions while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures consistently.
