Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a manufacturing organization in Lombard, Illinois. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in delivering responsive service to customers. The person in this role will handle a steady volume of inquiries, resolve payment-related questions, and maintain accurate records while contributing to a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to incoming customer calls with professionalism, courtesy, and clear verbal communication.
  • Investigate questions related to community photo enforcement programs and provide accurate, helpful resolutions.
  • Document each customer interaction thoroughly in the appropriate system, ensuring notes are complete and up to date.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive concerns to the Team Lead quickly to support timely issue resolution.
  • Assist customers with credit card payment processing for violation-related transactions while following established procedures.
  • Review email and internal communication channels each day to stay informed on updates and service expectations.
  • Complete administrative and customer support tasks such as data entry, order-related processing, and appointment coordination as needed.
