Job Description
Customer Service Representative A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers may face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers, great at problem-solving, and quick and efficient with computers. Responsibilities Manage large amounts of incoming calls Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Enter data into spreadsheets and system programs Take and record payments Skills Proven customer support experience Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Ability to learn computer related tasks quickly Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Positive attitude Communication method(s) used: Email Phone In person Typical end time: 6:30PM Typical start time: 9:45AM Work Remotely Will work in Carbondale location (Furniture King) several days a week after initial training in
