We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Specialist to address the rising demand in our community and provide a flawless experience for our homeowners. With a fixed 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM daytime schedule and weekends fully to yourself, we prioritize true work-life balance alongside a structured onboarding period to ensure your success.

What We Offer Steady Financial Foundation:

Predictable, full-time income with a competitive hourly wage of $17.00 - $20.00 per hour.

True Work-Life Balance:

Fixed daytime hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) with Saturdays and Sundays always off.

Key Responsibilities Client Communication:

Serve as the primary, friendly point of contact for homeowners and clients. Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries promptly, provide clear updates on project status and scheduling timelines, and maintain accurate digital records of all interactions.

Scheduling & Coordination:

Assist with booking appointments, service visits, and managing project timelines. Coordinate closely with field crews, sales, and production teams to ensure smooth, seamless project execution from start to finish.

Administrative Excellence:

Support our Production Department by procuring and maintaining necessary municipal project permits, organizing digital/physical files, and helping document warranty claims.

Team & Event Support:

Work alongside our Office Manager and Production Manager to maintain high-quality operations. Provide light office and occasional on-site support for exciting company events and community-sponsored activities.

Qualifications Exceptional Communication:

Empathetic skills that allow you to build immediate trust and rapport with homeowners.

Strong Organization:

High attention to detail for managing project documentation, tracking permits, and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving Skills:

A calm, clear communication style to address client concerns effectively and escalate issues to the appropriate team members smoothly.

Preferred Experience:

While industry experience is a plus, if you have worked as a server, bartender, medical/dental receptionist, or in retail—
