PM Full Job Description:
CXI Trucking seeks a Full Time Customer Service Representative to work in our office in Melrose Park, IL. This position will be responsible for frequent and accurate communication with customers, vendors, and CXI personnel.
Responsibilities:
Enter pickups from submissions via E-mail or phone Initiate and Respond to heavy volume of phone calls and emails from customers Coordinate and Schedule delivery appointments with the customers Work closely with Dispatch and other departments to ensure prompt and accurate deliveries Interacting with customers/shippers, carriers/agents via email and phone Answer inquiries and resolve issues; Miscellaneous paperwork processing, reporting, and other related duties.
Qualifications:
Customer Service experience Experience managing high call and email volume Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with ability to analyze information skillfully Equivalent job experience would also be considered Experience with scheduling freight deliveries in the transportation industry is a
