On-site, Chicagoland Home Products office (this is not a remote or hybrid position)
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, standard business hours

Pay Range:
$24.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience Position Summary The Customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact for customers, dealers, and designers supporting Chicagoland Home Products (CHP) and NCD. This role coordinates scheduling for sold jobs and service requests, manages customer data in the company CRM, and ensures installations and service appointments are confirmed and on track. Success in this role means accurate scheduling, responsive follow-up, and a professional, helpful experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule sold jobs and service requests for CHP and NCD on a daily basis. Enter and maintain customer data, schedule appointments, and perform general data entry using the ZeeRm / CRM system. Make follow-up calls on installations and service requests prior to installations taking place. Manage installer scheduling and coordinate timing with field teams. Provide designer support for CHP and dealer support for NCD. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Perform other duties as assigned to support the customer service and operations team. QualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent. Prior customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience. Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills. Comfort working with CRM software and general computer/data-entry tasks. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Experience in home improvement, construction, or a related field. Familiarity with scheduling installations or coordinating field service teams. Work Environment & Physical Requirements On-site office position; work is performed primarily at a desk and workstation. Extended periods of sitting, computer use, and telephone work. Standard, climate-controlled office setting. Compensation & Benefits Chicagoland Home Products offers a competitive hourly wage and a benefits program available to eligible employees: Hourly pay of $24.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
