Job Description
Primary Job Duties:
Daily service writer tasks such as handling breakdowns, assigning work to mechanics as well as weekend coverage as needed Managing inoperative equipment at the G&D facilities Working with operations to get needed equipment in for services/repairs Assist in training new mechanics and verifying work Helps technicians with diagnostics and repair issues Monitoring and improving efficiencies/workflows in the shop Assist shop manager with employee issues Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma and a minimum 1-3 years of experience in a commercial maintenance shop is required which includes hands on mechanical experience. Experience using standard office equipment; Maintenance software, Email and Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point. Basic knowledge of statistics, data collection, analysis and data presentation would be useful. Excellent interpersonal communication, problem solving and customer service skills are a must.Job Details:
