Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities Include:

Being able to communicate with professionalism and empathy while supporting customers and teammates. Owning the customer experience with a focus on positive outcomes. Performing operational activities such as helping customers and processing transactions. Possessing common sense, people skills. Willing to pitch in and work for the good of the team.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent. Willing to train the right candidate. Some banking preferred.

Schedule:

Part-time, consistent hours and scheduling. Schedule flexibility available. Includes Saturday morning hours.
