Job DescriptionJoin our team as a Customer Service Representative at our 1910 E College Ave. location in Normal, United States! We're looking for friendly, customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional service and support to our valued customers.
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders and inquiriesTake phone and in-person orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare and assemble food items, including making pizzasProcess cash and card transactions with precisionMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsAddress customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic mannerAdhere to company policies and food safety standardsAssist with additional tasks as needed to support the team and business operationsQualificationsExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitudeStrong communication abilities, both verbal and writtenCapability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environmentBasic math skills for handling cash transactionsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaboratePrevious customer service experience preferred, but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
