Client Service Representative

Job Summary Architex International is seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our growing team as a Client Service Representative. This role is designed for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and supporting a dynamic sakes team. You will serve as a key connection between our customers and sales organization - helping ensure an exceptional client experience while contributing to sales growth. Key Responsibilities Sales & Account Support Identify and engage prospective customers to generate leads for the outside sales team. Support sales initiatives through account coordination, administrative assistance, and order processing. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and account activity. Assist the sales team in managing and developing existing client relationships. Customer Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, product information, and support. Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding customer needs and business goals. Provide product guidance and recommendations to help clients maximize the value of Architex products. Customer Support & Issue Resolution Respond promptly to customer questions, service requests, and concerns. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all interactions. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Interest in developing a career in sales. Experience in client services, sales support, account management, or a related role is a plus.

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
