Job Description
Job Overview Our Trust company is seeking qualified Wealth Management Client Service Specialist to assist our clients with a variety of financial planning needs. This person will work closely with our legal staff to ensure our estate plans are properly funded. The position will handle a variety of financial tasks with efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have skills and experience in the financial services or banking industry. Responsibilities The following skills are desired in regard to this position: Series 65 Licensed - preferred A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in asset management or investment operations. Knowledge of estate planning Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word Outstanding communication skills. Candidates should possess experience with Investments and Asset Management to support portfolio monitoring and strategy execution. Current AUM $100M Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate portfolios, interpret financial data, and support decision-making. Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly to internal teams and clients. Relevant skills such as attention to detail, proficiency with Excel and financial software, and strong organizational abilities are beneficial. Prepare materials for client meetings. Complete and process life insurance and annuity applications. Process issued policies and assist with policy delivery. Support CFP client meetings, presentations, and related paperwork. Work with financial planning software to model client scenarios. Run life insurance illustrations and annuity income rider quotes. Establish and maintain client files and electronic records. Coordinate with the Client Care department to ensure timely processing of applications. Assist with policy delivery and follow-up activities. Pay:
