This is an entry-level position with paid training for individuals who enjoy working with people and helping customers get connected. This role combines customer service, sales, and customer enrollment all in one as you work directly with AT&T in retail environments. As an AT&T Customer Representative, you will work directly with customers who are interested in AT&T's products , and help with the enrollment process as they are finding out what needs suit them the best.
