Role:

Join Allstate Insurance Agency•John Tunnell as a Licensed Customer Service Agent in Park Ridge, IL! This exciting role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our valued clients while working in a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with policy inquiries and provide expert guidance on insurance products. Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently and accurately. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met. Educate clients on coverage options and risk management strategies. Manage client communications through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person. Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and improve customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed advice. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with agency policies.

Requirements:

Valid Illinois insurance license in Property and Casualty. Prior experience in customer service or insurance is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Proficient in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite. Positive attitude and a passion for helping others. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
