Insurance Customer Service Representative

Position Overview The Chad Graham Insurance Agency is growing, and we are looking for a full time Customer Service Representative to join our team. State Farm Agent Responsibilities:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements:

Must be Illinois insurance licensed in Property and Casualty & Life and Health before starting. Strong phone skills are a must. 60 outbound cold calls per day to acquire new business are a requirement. Perform basic insurance skills after training such as car changes, coverage changes, take payments, and handle any other customer request as requested. Must be able to partner with State Farm Support Staff to resolve issues.
