In this vital role, you will serve as a compassionate liaison, empowering clients through advocacy, resource connection, and emotional support. Your energetic and proactive approach will help transform lives by guiding clients toward stability and hope while embodying the organization's core values of faith, compassion, and service. These positions will work in our men's Rescue Mission emergency shelter. Responsibilities Act as a primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance, offering empathetic listening and immediate support. Assess clients' needs thoroughly to determine appropriate services, including housing, counseling, or emergency resources. Document all client interactions accurately in case management systems while maintaining confidentiality. Provide ongoing support and assistance with various tasks, medication supervision, data collection, etc. Qualifications Passionate about serving others with a positive, energetic attitude that motivates change. Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. Experience working for a non profit. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Knowledge of local community resources and social service systems is a plus. Demonstrated commitment to the organization's faith-based mission and core values.
