This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new vehicle technology, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from purchase to ownership. What You'll DoVehicle Delivery & Customer Experience Conduct complete and professional new vehicle delivery presentations Explain key Chevrolet features, safety systems, warranties, and ownership benefits Ensure every customer leaves confident and excited about their new vehicle Technology & Connected Services Setup Set up and demonstrate Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, navigation, and infotainment systems Assist customers with GM Connected Services (OnStar, myChevrolet App, remote features) Confirm activation of remote start, lock/unlock, and mobile app features Properly document delivery completion in CRM/deal file Follow-Up & Retention Conduct 15-day follow-ups to confirm connected service activation and app usage Assist customers with post-delivery technology questions Help drive long-term customer satisfaction and service retention Team Collaboration Work closely with Sales Consultants, Sales Managers, and F&I for seamless deliveries Maintain a clean and professional delivery area Participate in ongoing product and technology training What We're Looking For Strong customer service mindset Comfortable learning and demonstrating vehicle technology Professional communication skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude Dealership experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Work-life balance Flexible scheduling Paid training and ongoing development Advancement opportunities within Napleton Automotive Group Job Type Full-time | Hourly (Non-Exempt) Why Join Napleton St. Charles Chevrolet Super Store?
