Job Description

What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Cross-Service Specialist within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL .
In this role, you will support multiple business units by coordinating hotel reservations, billing activities, transportation arrangements, and other operational functions. You will be responsible for learning and utilizing multiple reservation and billing systems while providing exceptional customer support during both normal operations and catastrophic events. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to clients and travelers.
You will report directly to Operations Leadership and regularly collaborate with Reservations, Billing, Customer Service, Hotel Relations, and Operations teams.

The responsibilities of the role will include: Coordinating hotel accommodations for flight crews, distressed passengers, insurance adjusters, insurance policyholders, and workforce travelers
Managing reservations across multiple booking channels and systems while ensuring reservation accuracy and consistency
Utilizing customer service tools and technology to processing, tracking, and reporting reservation activity
Updating and maintaining reservation, hotel, billing, and operational databases
Creating and maintaining methods of payment for hotel reservations
Contacting hotels to collecting folios and auditing folios for billing accuracy
Supporting catastrophe response efforts and irregular operations by arranging lodging and transportation under time-sensitive conditions
Assisting with administrative projects and operational initiatives as assigned
Participating in an on-call rotation and supporting overtime requirements based on business needs
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolving customer and operational issues efficiently
Performing additional duties as assigned by leadership Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in centralized operations, call center environments, or similar operational support functions preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to learn and navigate multiple PC-based and web-based applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with various audiences
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability to identify, communicate, and resolve issues effectively
Demonstrated initiative, accountability, persistence, and ownership

The expected salary range for this position is $19-21, based on the candidate s work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and will be confirmed during the hiring process.
