This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in St. Charles, IL. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, orders, and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels. Responsibilities include accurately entering and updating orders, providing product and order status information, and coordinating with production, sales, and shipping teams to meet customer timelines. The role also involves resolving issues, tracking and following up on open items, and documenting key interactions to maintain accurate customer records. The Customer Service Representative will contribute to a positive customer experience by ensuring clear communication, timely responses, and proactive problem-solving. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in-person interactions. Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and directing them appropriately. Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and updating customer information. Provide excellent customer support by addressing concerns, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience. Collaborate with team members to streamline office operations and improve overall customer service delivery. Requirements Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience, with a focus on building long-term relationships. Ability to support Customer Satisfaction by actively listening, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional, solutions-oriented approach in all interactions. Previous experience in Customer Service Representative or similar customer-focused roles, preferably in manufacturing, printing, or related industries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in order entry and documentation. Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment, with effective time management and organizational skills. Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, order-entry or CRM systems); willingness to learn company-specific tools. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, communications, or related fields is a plus. Prior office experience including filing, calendar management, and administrative support is essential for success in this role.
