Cashier/Customer Service

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include handling transactions, assisting customers with product inquiries, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Checking 4473 Paperwork.
• Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate items.
• Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
• Answer customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer service standards. Requirements

• MUST HAVE A VAILD FOID CARD!

• Must be 21 Years or Older
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and retail math is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn about products and services offered to effectively assist customers.
