Job Description Position Purpose:
Manages the customer fulfillment process by coordinating all aspects of the customer service cycle.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Ability to support customer experience (WIP's, Systems, Communication) and make independent decisions to problem solve. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both verbal and written format with customers.. Creates WIP's and seeks Technical support when needed. Basic knowledge of system and ability to use. Ability to use systems (Ticket creation, Scheduling, TS@Work etc) to execute customer transaction. Supports Customers with ability to answer inquiries/needs including seeking assistance on topics issues that need escalation. Creates Tickets to support Customer projects. Works to execute business transactions to customer service standard. Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications Education/Experience/Background:
Bachelor's degree in business, technical field or similar. Preferred 1-3 years of Technical Customer support experience in the hazardous waste/materials or similar industry.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Basic technical knowledge of industry and services; reliance on support staff. Basic system and technical skills Self-motivated. Good judgment. High energy. Good organizational skills. Good time management skills. Good stress management methods.
Additional Information Pay Range:
$65000 to $80000 per year
