Job DescriptionDomino's Pizza in Savoy, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at 507 Commerce Drive. As a key member of our front-line staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience every time they interact with our brand.
Provide exceptional customer service through friendly and professional interactionsTake customer orders accurately via phone and in-personPrepare and make pizzas according to Domino's quality standardsHandle cash transactions and maintain accurate recordsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAssist in various store operations, including cleaning and restockingCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient order fulfillmentAddress customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteouslyContribute to a positive team atmosphereQualificationsStrong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanorExcellent communication abilities, both verbal and writtenProficiency in taking orders and handling phone callsBasic math skills for cash handling and order processingAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with a positive attitudeDetail-oriented approach to ensure order accuracyPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbsFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as neededWillingness to learn pizza-making skills and Domino's specific proceduresHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not necessary
