Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive brand experience by addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and providing high-quality support across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate is a patient, detail-oriented communicator who can balance efficiency with a genuine desire to help others.
