Job DescriptionWe are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Scott Afb, United States. As the face of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and efficient order processing.

Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiriesTake and process customer orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare food items according to company standards and recipesHandle cash transactions and maintain accurate recordsProvide exceptional customer service, creating a positive experience for every customerMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsAdapt to changing customer needs and company prioritiesWork flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as requiredQualificationsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitudeBasic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quicklyProficiency in cash handling and basic mathPhysical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periodsDemonstrated ability to follow directions and adhere to food safety standardsFlexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong multitasking and problem-solving skillsAbility to work weekends and holidaysTeam player with a collaborative spiritPrevious experience in customer service or food service is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
