Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their selections in the deli and grocery sections Prepare and serve a variety of food items, ensuring quality and presentation meet company standards Upsell products by recommending complementary items to enhance customer experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the deli area, including food handling, bussing, and sanitation procedures Manage food safety protocols by following proper food handling practices and adhering to health regulations Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and organizing products for easy customer access Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurant environments Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a busy setting Experience in culinary tasks or kitchen environments is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential We are always excited to welcome new people to our team.
