Full-Time Are you a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people? A&A Answering Service is looking for dedicated operators to provide exceptional service to our clients while monitoring alarms that protect homes and businesses. What You'll Do Monitor alarm signals and respond according to established protocols Dispatch emergency services in priority situations Document alarm and call activity clearly in our system Answer inbound calls for a variety of businesses with professionalism and accuracy Take messages, follow client-specific instructions, and ensure correct call routing Verify critical details such as names, addresses, and phone numbers to ensure accurate message delivery Maintain composure and excellent customer service during urgent situations Work collaboratively with team members in a 24/7 secure operations center What We're Looking For Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Dependability and strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure moments Comfort navigating multiple software programs Strong problem-solving and judgment skills Prior answering service, alarm monitoring, dispatching, or call center experience is a plus Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation (24/7 environment) Current openings include an Evening Shift (3pm to 11pm-two or three shifts per week.
