We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to assist with inquiries related to sales and billing. This role will involve answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to schedule appointments with customers. Position:
(includes but are not limited to) Answer customer phone calls and process payments Have a working knowledge of pricing, availability and function of the services and equipment available to their customers across our service footprint. Work with field technicians and other associates to schedule on site technician visits Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor when engaging customers on the phone or in person. Act as a liaison with customers to handle new service requests, service plan changes, disconnects and service questions or concerns. Professional and effective communication with customers when on the phone, email, or in person. Basic Qualifications Dependable, reliable, and trustworthy Interested in learning and becoming educated on all of the products offered High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. Schedule Full-time in person position, 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities Shifts range from Sunday - Saturday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM with rotating weekend schedules Compensation & Benefits $18.00 per hour Bonus potential 401(k) matching Paid Time Off Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance
