CSR - Customer Service Representative

Eyelation is looking for a

Customer Service/Shipping Representative Duties Include:

• Working with our team to pack shoes and safety glasses for shipment
• Use the shipping program(s) to create shipping labels for orders
• Assist with inventory, keep shipping supplies organized & unload shipping materials upon delivery
• Answer phones, emails, and chats relating to general customer service issues about their order
• Handle returns of safety glasses and safety shoes
• Complete other general office duties

Skills:

• Highly proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Ability to clearly communicate to customers via email, chat or phone
• Ability to stand for periods of time folding boxes and prepping orders for shipment
• Must be friendly, work as a team, multi-task, stay organized, and be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Spanish speaking is a plus but not required

Hours:

• Full time and/ or Part time Mondays
