In person We have 4 locations. Teutopolis, Altamont, Effingham and Vandalia Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their vehicle service needs. Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, including oil changes, brake repairs, and vehicle maintenance. Utilize automotive diagnostics to identify issues and communicate findings clearly to customers. Prepare accurate auto estimates for repairs and services based on technician's recommendation Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining quality standards. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored. Skills strong mechanical knowledge with a background in automotive sales or service is preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively align customer needs with service offerings. Ability to provide clear explanations of technical information in an understandable manner. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
