Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone calls, faxes, chat and e-mails
• Place orders, handle refunds and set up warranty replacements
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions regarding products and pricing
• Help customers navigate the company's websites and place online orders
• Assist customers with order status questions, resolving returns, shipping inquiries and disputes
• Take payment information and other pertinent order information such as addresses and phone numbers
• Document call and e-mail information according to standard operating procedures Requirements for

Customer Service Representative:

• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Able to handle large volumes of phone calls (inbound and outbound)
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Proficient in computer applications
• Knowledgeable of customer service principles and practices
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good phone and listening skills
• Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Good time management skills
• Able to type 30+ WPM
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
