In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and guests, setting a positive, welcoming tone for their experience.
Key Responsibilities & Duties Front Desk Hospitality:
Greet all clients and guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment.
Subscriber Support:
Assist subscribers with account updates, complex billing questions, and plan upgrades while ensuring their needs are met with high-level care.
Data Entry:
Manage daily financial data entry, process subscription payments, and maintain accurate customer account records.
Mail & Logistics:
Oversee daily mail distribution by efficiently receiving, sorting, and delivering all incoming and outbound packages.
Inquiry Resolution:
Manage incoming calls and emails, answering subscriber inquiries efficiently and routing urgent matters to the correct team member
