Responding to customer service emails Answering incoming phone calls Support internal and external sales people with timely responses Support quote department with internal, historical research on repeat jobs Positive, customer service driven outlook, team player with a strong work ethic Comfortable in Microsoft Word and have a basic, working knowledge of Excel Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, highly organized, possessing strong verbal and written communication skills.
