Compensation :

$18-$20 per hour based on experience. What You'll Do? Receive and manage incoming customer calls in a professional, courteous manner. Convert incoming calls into booked service appointments according to company guidelines. Dispatch service calls strategically by priority and urgency to support daily goals. Coordinate with field service supervisors to structure and assign the next day's first calls. Perform light outreach to existing clients or partners as needed. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling. Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked front reception area. What You Bring? 1+ years of experience in customer service, reception, or dispatching. Experience in an HVAC, plumbing, or electrical setting is highly preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse communication styles.

Tech-savvy:

Efficient typist, proficient with phone systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). High school diploma or GED preferred (not required). Highly organized individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and peak seasons.
