In this position, you must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills as you will have direct contact with our customers.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Becoming a product expert to help assist our customers with their everyday needs and issues Ability to accurately enter sales orders into QuickBooks Answer incoming phone calls and directing them to the proper individual Take sales orders over the phone and perform follow up confirmation with the customer to ensure the accuracy of the order Track orders and communicate status of orders with the customer

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service Must be able to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time Must know Quick Books WHY YOU?
