What You'll Do:

Personally greet customers at their vehicles as they arrive in the service lane Create a warm, welcoming first impression for every guest Assist with directing vehicles into the service drive and organizing the lane Communicate clearly with Service Advisors to ensure a smooth handoff Answer basic questions and guide customers through the service process Help maintain an organized, efficient, and clean service lane area Support the service team with additional tasks as needed
