Part-Time Customer Service Representative

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience. • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other individuals in the office or out in the field while using excellent communication skills
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
• Accurately code and issue work orders to field personnel ```Qualifications```
• Previous experience in a front desk role is preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software
• Knowledge of natural gas industry/hvac industry would be helpful
