Customer Service Representative We are seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer support. Qualifications Minimum five years of customer service experience in a office environment. High School Diploma required. Associate degree preferred. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. Working knowledge of Sage software preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and customer relationship skills. Professional demeanor and strong work ethic. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Team-oriented with a willingness to collaborate. Adaptable and open to learning new processes and technologies. Responsibilities Process orders, invoices, and customer requests. Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner via email and phone. Utilize Sage and Microsoft Office applications for daily operations. Collections on past due invoices. Backup for shipping processes. Collaborate with team members as needed. Other misc. duties as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
