Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays as necessary About us : Performance Windows is a window replacement sales company with offices in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Ohio, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Washington. About the role : In this role, the Client/Operations Associate will support the Market Owner, Follow up with Customers, and perform back office duties.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain office (including supplies, general orderliness, and answer of customer calls, etc.)
• Perform Follow-Up visits with customer during install process
• Monitor reorders and work orders
• Monitor and update critical dates and tracking of critical measure process
• Retail sales
• Collection and uploading of window installation pictures
• Responsible for Job Progress tracking and Customer list for installer work
• Sign pick up
• Other duties as assigned by the Market Owner Candidate requirements :
• Valid Driver License with clean driving record
