Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Plant & Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to take on the responsibility of caring for client interior and exterior plants, communicate effectively and handle inquiries will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role provides opportunity for growth, education, leadership and promotion. Responsibilities Plant care maintenance in homes, offices and exterior landscapes to include watering, pruning, fertilizing, pest control and more Record visits using the provided app and customer portal. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback and satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and plantscape maintenance needs efficiently. Utilize computer systems and customer portal to track interactions and document resolutions. Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products. Maintain a professional demeanor while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Positive attitude and desire to learn and participate in educational opportunities. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computer systems is essential. Ability to speak or understand spanish is a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse customers and employees. Experience in outbound calling and sales is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Software and customer portal training part of onboarding. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
